Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
  • Strong written and speaking capability
  • English is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (eg: Microsoft Office) and telephone systems.


  • Managing incoming/outgoing calls from different sources on the outstanding related stuff (monthly subscription/summons/others) for the projects as below: GoCAr Sharing, GoCar Subs, Renault Subscription Program, and Nissan Subscription Program
  • Responsible for managing and reply to the email pertaining to all of the outstanding/payment-related stuff
  • Responsible for CTOS and credit evaluation for all the applications received from RSP/GCS/NSP
