About the job
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work alongside our Occupational Therapists to support clients in achieving their goals through therapy programs, home visits, and community-based activities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with therapy exercises and activities as prescribed by the OT.

• Supporting documentation and preparation of therapy materials.

• Encouraging and motivating clients during their sessions.

• Helping to implement and monitor therapy programs in home, clinic, or community environments.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of client needs, including mental health, disability, paediatrics, and rehabilitation, while being fully supported and supervised by our qualified OTs.

• Currently enrolled in an Occupational Therapy degree.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Must have a valid driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle, and be willing to travel.
