Job Description

The job incumbent will be responsible for the building, management and growth of specific
brands or a portfolio of brands. This role will also be part of the Management team of YL Brands.

Developing commercial marketing strategies plans.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing & commercial efforts.
• Communicating the Marketing & Commercial plans to key stakeholders.
• Understanding of Competitors’ insights and turn them into strategic plans.
• Identifying potential target groups for our BRANDS.
• Developing and managing marketing campaigns with our agencies and partners.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance including fixed and variable
• Driver of Product Innovation Pipeline Blueprint.
• Return-on-investment.
• Profit-loss projections.
• Working with trade marketing department to develop pricing strategies to maximize
profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Work with finance team throughout the selection of vendor cycle to assist with
forecasting and budgeting.
• Be part of the performance’s evaluation team to evaluate appointed vendors to ensure
they are able to meet and up-keep the BRANDS equity.


• Passionate about brands and technology
• Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand, commercial management.
• Proactive, honest and trustworthy
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on his own as well as part of a team
• Fully conversant with MS office applications
