Job Description

As part of 2X’s internal consulting and solutioning team SPARK, you will contribute to driving marketing excellence in the way our clients operate, by partnering with sales and Centre of Excellence (COE) teams in the design and solutioning of marketing services that best fit our client’s needs.

 

You will help to develop and improve on new and existing marketing services within 2X’s capabilities across content, design, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and analytics. You would also be leading consulting projects to solve complex B2B marketing problems faced by our clients.

 

The work:

  • Understanding and assessing the client’s marketing needs to design solutions in collaboration with sales and COE teams.
  • Exploring and developing new processes and service models, as well as coordinating the execution of these transformational initiatives with COE leaders.
  • Managing ad-hoc consulting project plans, timelines, activities, and deliverables.
  • Compiling and documenting best practice processes and client deliverables to drive sales enablement support and also internal team learnings and growth

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Prior experience in management/strategy/marketing consulting firm would be a bonus
  • Experience with designing, developing, and implementing marketing processes
  • Deep understanding of key marketing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing best practices
  • Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action and result-oriented with the ability to influence others at both peer and leader level.
  • History of cross-functional partnership, teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, and ability to translate data into information and storytelling that influences stakeholders and business strategy.
