Role and responsibilities

  • Handling full set of account
  • Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)
  • Monitoring utility and office maintenance
  • Responsible in office administration
  • Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
  • Responsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)
  • Maintain and purchase of office supply , stationery and etc


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountings/ Administrative
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Account/ Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft (Office, Excel & Outlook), SQL & MYOB Accounting Software
