Description

  1. Coordinate and arrange for meetings/huddles.
  2. Assist to research on subject matter.
  3. Attend meetings to help take meeting notes.
  4. Help follow up on pending / action items – internal team & client members.

The role is responsible for one or more activities pertaining to projects and change management initiatives. The role is usually tasked with project management duties (eg. Resource management, financing, timeline, deliverables, quality and expectation), work in collaboration with 3rd patty vendors (if projects are being outsourced), undertake process transition and migration, change management and etc. The roles are not specific to any services domain (or Tower), as they work in collaboration with all stakeholders across the centre. This is an enabling function for the centre.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Economics/ Secretrial Management.
  2. Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  3. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
