This position works alongside with the Executive Pastry Chef to manage the daily kitchen activities in bakery section, including overseeing ambassadors, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
